Shipping Methods, Duration Estimates & Fees
When you place an order you’re offered one or more of the following shipping methods during checkout:
Express shipping: The price is calculated using a fixed rate at checkout. Unless specified at checkout, the shipping speed is approximately 10-20 days.
Free shipping: We offer complimentary sea/surface mail shipping for orders eligible for free shipping.
Note: We always work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible (usually within 2-3 business days), but we cannot control delays caused by customs clearance (especially during peak shopping seasons). Please consider the possibility of delays when placing your order.
Order Processing Speed
Most products in our online store are in stock and typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Unfortunately, in rare cases, a product may be out of stock. In such instances, we will have to wait for restocking, which may require an additional 5-7 business days to process your order.
Shipping Confirmation with Trace & Trace Number
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email within 3 days, which will include an online tracking number. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check if it might be in your spam folder.
All packages can be tracked on this 17track. Once your package arrives in your country, you can also use the tracking number on your local postal service’s website.
Customs
For most countries, you will not be required to pay any taxes upon receiving your package. However, local authorities may occasionally demand payment of customs duties. As the importer, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and import fees if such a situation arises.
