4th to 7th steep, the tea soup is deep red and clear, indicating proper fermentation. It continues to exhibit sweet and aged aromas, with a lasting aftertaste.
8th to 12th infusion, the tea soup is clear and bright, with a red translucent sheen. The taste gradually becomes softer, and the lingering aftertaste persists without fading.
