- Sample Approval: Once we have a clear understanding of your preferences, we will send you samples of the tea and packaging options for your review. Please note that sample costs will be covered by you. This allows you to make the final decision before proceeding.
- Customization Process: After you approve the samples, we will finalize the design and begin production and packaging. Since this is a customized order, we will require an 80% deposit at this stage. The remaining 20% balance will be due before shipment.
- Ongoing Support: We’ll remain available to support you with any additional needs, from reordering to advice on promoting your customized products.
